A-F and viagra (sildenafil): This is an excellent question. Af is usually associated with heart disease, coronet artery disease, valve problems, congestive heart failure. If you have angina and are using nitroglycerine it is absolutely contraindicated. If you are not i would discuss it with your cardiologist and see if your cardiac reserve is strong enough to take the medication and have intercourse. Remember viagra, (sildenafil) no ntg.
