Not unheard of: But very unusual. Women can potentially get pregnant as long as they ovulate. Women can get pregnant by in vitro fertilisation (ivf), carrying someone else's baby. Some older women have carried babies, after ivf, for other family members not able to do so.

Not likely at all: It would be very rare to get pregnant naturally or with fertility help at that age. Also if you did get pregnant more than 60% of the pregnancies would result in miscarriages. The really only way to achieve pregnancy successfully at that age is with a donor egg. Please don't believe the women getting pregnant without donor over the age of 43.
