Definitely: Women can become pregnant as long as they ovulate. Many women in their early 40s can still get pregnant the usual way. True that it gets more difficult as women age. However, to my knowledge the oldest woman to get pregnant was age 63-years, by ivf, carrying a baby for her daughter who was unable to do so.
