Bleeding after abort: Bleeding from the rectal area after an abortion can be worrisome. A trauma during surgery could be a possibility although rare. Please have your physcian examine you to make sure the bleeding its really from the rectal area instead of vaginally. Someties patients can have internal hemorrhoids and the bleeding doesnt have anything to do with the surgery.
