Bisoprolol is used: For high blood pressure, not anxiety. A study in the journal of human hypertension [1999, 13(8):559-563] found no significant impact on anxiety. Improvement in your general health and overall well-being can reduce anxiety, relaxation and stress-reduction strategies are excellent. Best regards for good health.
