A member asked:

Does azythromycin have sulfa in it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: There is no sulfa in azythromycin;there are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, but no sulfa group in it ( if the prefix 'thio' is found in any drugs name, then sulfa/sulphur is probably present in it).
