I was wondering are centrum safe during pregnancy?

Yes, but..: Centrum vitamins are safe during pregnancy.However, I would prefer you use a prenatal vitamin because these have extra amounts of the vitamins needed in pregnancy, including ones that may help prevent birth defects and complications.If OB doc wants you to take an additional vitamin, then Centrum is fine. If can't afford prenatal vitamins, contact your local health department or ask OB for samples
