Can my husbands poor dental health be the cause of us not concieveing?

No: There's no relationship between a man's dental health and his fertility (unless it makes him a less desirable sex partner).

I don't believe : There to be any correlation between the two. But to address his dental issues, please have him see a dentist asap and follow through with any indicated treatment to prevent future problems. Good luck and hope this helps.
