In: In order to get rid of deep wrinkes on the neck, skin need to be tightened or lifted either with a non-surgical or surgical procedure. There are several non-surgical procedures such as v-beam, ulthera, pixel, co2 or fraxel which can help with this situation. A surgical neck lift is also an option. Seeing a good cosmetic dermatologist is suggested.
