Make your own choice: An unwanted pregnancy can be a very stressful time. If you don't want to terminate the pregnancy, consider other options. Consider talking with a crisis pregnancy center if you need some help. If you were forced to have sex, you deserve some special 'tender loving care.'.

Social agnecy: If you do not wish to terminate the pregnancy and are not prepared for a baby, please contact the social services agency in your city or county and initiate the process for putting the baby up for adoption. May he bless you and your baby!

See a doctor: I'm very sorry about what happened to you. You should talk to your doctor or gynecologist, or go to planned parenthood. If termination is a consideration, doing it sooner is obviously better. I don't agree that you 'shouldn't' terminate. This is an individual decision that you have to make, and you shouldn't be basing it on what other people tell you about what you should or shouldn't do.

Your mind and body: It sounds like there are several important issues- unwanted sexual relations and unwanted pregnancy. Both need to be addressed. How old are you? In my opinion if you were raped, this should be reported, although it may be too late. Secondly, unless you have religious or clear reasons to not have an abortion, you should speak as soon as possible to planned parenthood , clergy, family or therapist.
