Need more info: How do you know it is candida? What other health issue do you have? See this site for more info and see your doctor to make sure you do not have any of the disorders usually associated with candida infection. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000880.htm.

Yes: Over the counter lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra twice daily is a good start. Also epsom salt foot soaks. For anything stronger head to your doctor.
