No, it doesn't: Mean that you are pregnant. It may be break through bleeding. If you miss your period then take a pregnancy test.

Blood not pregnancy: Bleeding like that is not a sign of pregnancy. You may have bruised your cervix in the act, and now you are seeing blood from that. Or you may be getting you period early. Either way, it's not dangerous unless it goes on more than a week or gets very heavy. If you are wondering if you are pregnant, you should take a test.
