Unlikely: Birth control pills work by preventing ovulation and the 'sugar' pills are just part of the regimen to regulate hormones. One can get pregnant on birth control pills but it the statistical success of prevention is about 99%. If you miss a period then get a pregnancy test. Otherwise don't worry about it!
