Association: Admittedly, i'm not an expert in chronic fatigue syndrome. I think chronic fatigue is a common comorbidity or associated syndrome of complex regional pain syndrome (reflex sympathetic dystrophy, causalgia), rather than a cause. Sympathetic involvement may be the common link; hopefully an expert in both conditions could contribute more.

RSD and Fatigue. : Usually, inappropriate pain related medication prolonged use would induce chronic fatigue. However, anti-depressant medications might improve your pain tolerance and improve rsd symptoms.
