Fatigue: Ismyhe main symptom but it should not be associated to a medical condition like hypothyroidism, anemia, a choric infection, etc.

Consider Sleep Apnea: Your symptoms may be due to a number of medical conditions, but obstructive sleep apnea should also be strongly considered. A sleep study would be needed to evaluate for this properly. This would be at the top of my list if you have already had a workup for other causes of fatigue or daytime sleepiness.

If the usual medical conditions (metabolic issue, anemia etc have already been excluded), consider depression as well. I do agree that sleep apnea should be considered but it is just one of the many potential causes.
