A member asked:

What symptoms would i have that would indicate i need an adjustment in my thyroid medication ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Varies: A euthyroid state with a TSH level between 0.4-4 would be the ideal goal for any thyroid replacement therapy. If your thyroid med dosage is too high, then symptoms of hyperthyroid such as feeling hot can occur, whereas the opposite can occur when the dosage is too low. You should consult your doctor on checking your thyroid level.
