Possibly: Diarrhea can be associated with cramping anywhere in the GI tract, but with diarrhea, the risk for a urinary tract infection increases too. If having pain with urination, increased urinary frequency, urgency and abdominal or back pain, get checked for a uti.

May be: Diarrhea can make u dehydrated and loose electrolytes. This can cause muscle pain. If diarrhea is viral, ur bodies response to this could also give muscle aches. They should not b directly related.
