Unlikely: I have performed thousands of lasik surgeries and have only seen one flap dislodge once a few months pass. It was due to a severe tree branch injury hitting the cornea and was repaired successfully. The corneal healing is likely fully healed in a few months not to limit your enjoyment of life. I'd avoid it in the first month, but after that, tubing and water slides should be fine to do.

Maybe: Time since your surgery is vitally important here.If it has been many months or years, dislodging is unlikely. If you are concerned, however, avoidance or wear goggles!

Not as strong as: normal corneas. I have seen flaps dislodge a decade later but this is very rare. Generally its caused by something directly poking the eye like a finger and impacting the flap. Water is not a culprit in these cases. Stay safe.
