CLL have infections: Patients with cll have abnormalities of their immune system or healthy white blood cells that result in patients having a propensity to develop infections. These patients could have a deficiency in immune globulin, or antibody production or inadequate numbers of neutrophils. Common infections include sinusitis, pneumonias, urinary tract infections and cellulitis.
