HTT: Or hyalinizing trabecular tumor is a rare and controversial thyroid lesion as to whether it is benign or malignant. For the most part, it is believed to be a benign lesion with low likelihood for malignant potential and current recommendations is for a lobectomy and clinical follow-up and surveillance.
