If i would've had balance translocation, does taking clomid (clomiphene) increase my chance to have ds baby?

Usually not: Unless your translocation involves chromosome 21, neither Clomid (clomiphene) nor any other fertility drug should affect your risk of downs. That risk is largely related to maternal age.
