Neck pain: Lie flat in bed without a pillow. Sleep with a heating pad or hot water bottle set on lowso you dont get burned. You can use ice pack if that feels more comfortable. Try a muscle relaxant obtainable by prescription from your doctor. You can also take Ibuprofen for pain. If no improvement over time physical therapy may be needed.
