At least evaluated!: Regardless of the color of the wound on your thigh, the fact that you are thinking it is "infected more" is enough to recommend at least to get it evaluated by a healthcare professional- depending on the type of cut and the severity of infection, you may risk either getting a serious blood infection or disfigurement
