No: Cramping is very common early in pregnancy. This does need to be evaluated by a doctor to make sure the pregnancy is inside the uterus and not an ectopic pregnancy. We also need to make sure it is not miscarriage. In many cases though spotting and cramping can just be normal. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is often helpful.
