Wow : It can only be found if specialized test for that are used. Standard drug screens do not test for it. However, this sounds very unusual... I strongly suggest a second opinion from a sports medicine orthopedic md.

topical Ketamine is a very unusual prescription for a sports related injury. I agree that a second opinion might be a good idea.

Unlikely: Ona standard 12 panel urine drug screen, ketamine is not tested. It would require a specific chromatography test for ketamine.
