A member asked:

Im around 4 weeks pregnant.. when does the breast milk start to produce?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

After the delivery: You can produce colostrum (which is not technically breast milk) in the last weeks of pregnancy. After the delivery and the hormone shifts that occur, the colostrum will be replaced by regular breast milk by day 2-4.
