Hormonal changes: As you go through pregnancy, your hormones also change some hormones are increased causing laxity in ligaments and muscles. As you start to gain weight, this places greater pressure onto the back and feet. This could explain why your back was hurting a bit. Since you indicated you stand a lot, this could strain your feet.Take a rest occasionally. Also a foot massage and foot inserts will help.
