i been taking the drug crestor (rosuvastatin) a statian for around a week now i been noticing my heart is racing its 5 mg should i stop it?

Probably not: Crestor (rosuvastatin) in this dose does not often cause a racing heart. It might be that your heart is rented for another reason. I would check with your doctor regarding this symptom and consider wearing a 24 hour monitor. It may be that your symptoms are unrelated.
