Depends on the trip: For a short trip to a clean, secure resort, nothing special is needed. There's no certainty on whether probiotics will change anything, but stores do sell toddler formulas with added probiotics. The powder can be mixed with bottled water, for a "safe" drink (if worried about local milk or water). Travelers often pack tylenol, (acetaminophen) oral benadryl, insect repellent, Hydrocortisone cream, ; hand sanitizer.
