Today is 11/12/2013 and my last period started 10/16/2013 and i havnt started my period yet. when should i test for preagnecy? and has it been 28days?

The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.
