Why do i have cramps behind rather than on my abdomen when im about to menstruate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Location of utuerus.: You probably have a retroverted uterus. Other possibilities include inflammatory conditions and even endometriosis ( a condition where the tissue that normally grows inside your uterus ... Grows outside of it). Sometimes even ovarian issues like cysts can cause it. It is good idea for you to run this past your gynecologist.
