I get itchy dandruff on a daily basis regardless of whether i wash my hair daily or skip a few days (i experimented to compare results). y & advice?

Dandruff: It usually respond to anti dandruff shampoo like selsum shampoo and use topical steroids to hair line.

More than dandruff?: You may have a condition a bit more involved than dandruff called seborrheic dermatitis. Regardless of the cause, try a selenium-based shampoo such as selenium sulfide (selsun or selsun blue) or a coal-tar based shampoo such as neutrogena t-gel. You can also talk about this with your primary care doc or dermatologist.
