Yes: Spinal stenosis typically manifests as leg pain mostly when walking. However, clogged blood vessels can cause the same symptom. To know the difference, you need to get an MRI and have a doctor examine the blood vessels of your legs.

Yes: Calf pain is a common symptom in spinal stenosis. It usually will occur with standing and walking and will be relieved by sitting. Calf pain can occur due to other conditions however, most notibly circulation problems in the legs. Your doctor should be able to help you sort this out as to the cause and appropriate treatment.

Yes: It can but so can other issues that may coexist such as peripheral vascular disease and spinal stenosis-- both capable of producing calf pains or claudication with walkng but standing in place to rest will clear up the pain if vascular while if due to stenosis , it will not help and one has to bend over or sit to open up the spinal canal which remains narrowed while standing.
