History Physical ult: Your first prenatal visit should already has been done. On your first prenatal visit you will be asked a detailed history, medical, gynecological, previous pregnancies and outcomes if any.Immunisation status, drugs and allergies. And a complete physical exam and an ultrasoung exam, blood test and tests for stds etc. You are given a prescription for prenatal vitamns/folic acid and all question answered.
