Fluvoxamine: Faverin = fluvoxamine, an ssri antidepressant with known antianxiety activity. Like all drugs in its class, it requires at least 4-6 weeks to show effectiveness -- and sometimes longer. If you have ocd, you may need higher dosing than required for antidepressant effect alone. It is not a medication for adhd (your info indicates this condition). Please discuss with your physician.
