A member asked:

Is thr a way to differenciate between a torn nd intact hymen without goin 2 a gyo?wt r some things to detect tht?i heard sth called the 3 to 9 o'cloc

A doctor has provided 1 answer

False: Unless a woman has an imperforate hymen, (exceedingly rare) there is no exam that is going to tell a doctor whether a woman has had sex or not. This is a false diagnosis if it's given. I realize there's widespread practice in which drs determine if woman has had sex, but virginal versus non-virginal hymens often look identical. It's a cultural/religious diagnosis that has minimal physical findings.
