Stop using wipes: Likely you had an allergic reaction to the wipes... That's what the dryness and rash are from. Possibly you have a yeast infection. If still hurting and sore, consider either Hydrocortisone 1% topical cream, and if that doesn't help, then try over the counter anti-fungal. Likely will go away on it's own, but sometimes a contact dermatitis like this can take a few days.
