Possibly: Your grandma's doctors would want to go over everything about her carefully first -- including all medications she's taking. Why was Risperidone prescribed to begin with? That would be important in assessing her confusion. If possible, a geriatric psychiatrist should evaluate her, and work in conjunction with her primary care doctor. Best wishes.
