A few ideas: The Progesterone in the contraceptive injection can cause sore breasts, but by now the Progesterone has worn off. It could be your body's natural Progesterone that is causing this. Nausea may or may not be related to lack of period, more likely not. Of course, pregnancy would link all these symptoms together, but your test was negative. See gynecologist to make sure nothing else wrong hormonally.
