Poor absorption: Resulting form the turmoil in your gastrointestinal tract and possibly related to interaction with the antibiotic though would need to know the specific antibiotic(s) to know if there is a known interaction. A pharmacist could say. Hopefully you will have a full recovery from the GI illness and meds soon and your system will return to normal and respond to your adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
