Many things: Rash in this area can be due to allergic reactions - fabrics and soaps, skin friction, fungal infection due to moisture in this area, or more serious issues. Start here: 1) buy clotriamzole cream at the drug store and apply twice daily, along with 1% Hydrocortisone cream. Blow dry the area on low heat or cool - do not burn skin . If present in 2 weeks see your doctor.
