9/29/13?: You probably conceived close to september 29. You need to understand that working backward is never going to be 100% exact. This conception date is a 'best guess' assuming your cycles are 28 days, your ovulation is on cd 14, and the ultrasound is accurate to the day. Any (or all) of these may not be true.
