Iliac tortuosity : Buzzing suggests turbulence, but of what? Blood flow turbulence called a bruit creates a "buzz." tortuosity or aneurysmal dilation of the pelvic arteries (iliac) may create said audible buzzing. Ct abdomen/pelvis would rule out said issues... But have an md auscultate your abdomen...
