Call your doctor: If this has been going on for months, it probably isn't necessary to check in this minute. However, if it has distinctly worsened you may need to go to the er. Either way, you need to get it checked out. You can call your primary care physician for advice. Oftentimes the primary care can order the ct scan or MRI to be done as an outpatient.
