Please Clarify: I am confused. What are you asking? You are over 31 wks pregnant right? Ultrasounds negative for what? Hook effect refers to false negative urine pregnancy tests when levels of various HCG fragments increase. I gather you were not aware of the pregnancy early on (cryptic pregnancy)? However, if the ultrasound shows that there isn't a pregnancy and a blood pregnancy test is neg then no pregnancy!
