See surgeon ASAP: A fistula is an abnormal connection from one part of the intestinal tract to another, or to the skin. After a Gastric Bypass, a person could get weight re-GAIN due to a fistula from the pouch to the old stomach. What you are describing sounds more like a stenosis (narrowing due to scar tissue) of the connection from your pouch to the intestines. An ulcer could also cause this. See your surgeon!
