Low risk but some: There is a possibility of pregnancy from any unprotected sex at any day of a woman's cycle. It is low just prior to or during menses, but there is some.The issue is about ovulation timing.While most do so mid cycle, early or end of cycle ovulation can occur and if so, conception is possible.
