Depends on age: At age 23, problems with vaginal dryness are unlikely to be due to hormonal problems and more likely to be due to infection. Rule out yeast as #1 cause. Second, rule out a bacterial infection. Third, if for sex, use water based lubricant. If none of these apply to you, then an exam by gynecologist to look at vagina and make sure there are no auto-immune issues causing dryness.
