A member asked:

My right breast is smaller and flatter than the other, it produces discharge and is bumpy. is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Asymmetry: Breast asymmetry is extremely common. Lumps or bumps in the breast could mean fibrocystic disease but best to have a doctor examine and see if you need a mammogram. Clear nipple discharge can happen from time to time. If a colored discharge ever happens see a doctor to rule out infection. Rarely women with a nipple discharge have elevated prolactin due to a pituitary tumor. See your doctor.
