Blood on toilet paper on & off, pelvic pain that is manageable but always there & sometimes more left side. have iud no periods.

Hematuria-need eval.: Assuming you are not having your period, then blood is never normal when urinating. Get an evaluation for hematuria, which may include a urinalysis (with reflex to culture), ct urogram, and possible cystoscopy.
