Hematuria-need eval.: Assuming you are not having your period, then blood is never normal when urinating. Get an evaluation for hematuria, which may include a urinalysis (with reflex to culture), ct urogram, and possible cystoscopy. (with your pain, you may need a pelvic ultrasound too-but get evaluated and the dr. Can do what is best). God bless, best wishes.(sometimes hematuria may be asymptomatic and of no concern).
